Sending text messages (SMS) and making phone calls through your Agent Suite platform may incur additional charges. These charges depend on your usage and are typically based on:
Text Messages (SMS/MMS): Costs are based on the number of messages sent and received, as well as the destination (e.g., US vs international).
Phone Calls: Charges apply for both inbound and outbound calls and vary based on call duration and destination.
These are usage-based fees and are billed separately from your monthly subscription. You can track these charges in your Billing section under your account settings.
Agent Suite completes the required A2P registration. One-time registration fee of $23.15 and monthly campaign fee of $2.21 per Month. Agency prices upon request.
After A2P is Approved Agent can send 2,000 messages/day with no ramp-up. Agent Suite will purchase a local number for SMS Messaging and integrate with GHL.
Billing for SMS and Inbound Calls to your SMS Number will be displayed on a custom billing section alongside our Voice AI Billing Page.
Billing for Emails will be done through GHL under Settings/Company Billing.
Rates - SMS: $0.00690/segment + Carrier Fee for inbound and outbound SMS.
A segment is a SMS message that contains 160 characters. 1 segment or 160 characters = $0.0069 + carrier fees 2 segments or 320 characters = $0.0138 + carrier fees 3 segments or 480 characters = $.0207 + carrier fees
Use of emoji’s will increase your character counts segments and increase SMS costs
Rates – MMS: .002 + carrier fees Calls: $0.0075 per min for Inbound or Outbound.
Phone number: $1.26/mo
Emails: Billed through GHL at same rate of $0.000709/email.
