Simply add the ai_off tag to the contact. This will stop the AI Assistant from responding.
Different Scenarios
1. You want to stop the entire workflow
Set the workflow to Draft / Unpublish.
This will stop the workflow from continuing.
2. You only want to remove the AI but keep the workflow running
Remove/delete the AI tag from the appropriate workflow step.
The workflow will continue running, but without the AI responding.
Any replies will need to be handled manually.
