Please keep the following in mind before proceeding:
Business registration: Your business must have been registered for at least 15 days. Submitting before this period may result in a failed registration.
Downtime: There may be some downtime during the transition because we’ll need to resubmit your A2P campaign and delete the currently approved Sole Proprietor brand.
Resubmission fee: An additional $24 charge will apply for the A2P resubmission.
How to Get an EIN
There is no fee to apply for an EIN.
You can apply for an EIN through the official IRS website:

Once you receive your EIN, please allow approximately 15 days for your business information to update across verification systems.
Please send us your EIN, business name, and business address. These details should match the information on your SS-4 document from the IRS.
Support Team will then submit your A2P registration as a Business. Once your A2P registration is verified, you’ll receive a notification from us, and you can start purchasing multiple phone numbers for your account.
