How to check A2P verification

A2P verification status can be checked directly within your sub-account depending on the phone provider connected to your system.

To check the A2P verification status in your sub-account:

If your Phone Provider is LeadConnector:

1. Go to Settings

2. Select Phone System

3. Open the Trust Center tab

4. Check your A2P Messaging (SMS) registration status there

If your Phone Provider is Twilio or TextGrid:

1. Go to Settings

2. Select Phone System

3. Go to Additional Settings

4. Check the Telephony Provider to see what the default provider is currently set to

• If the provider is TextGrid or Twilio, the status will need to be checked through the support team.

A2P registration usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on carrier verification .
