Direct Connection Tutorial

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Go to Subaccounts. Click on New Sub-account then choose Direct Connection.

2. Search for the sub-account you wish to connect to.

Select the two checkboxes (SMS and AI Caller) before clicking to proceed.

Go back to Subaccounts and check if the subaccount has been added successfully. If the connection link icon is present, that means it is connected properly.
