Automating bookings through your AI assistant is simple—whether you’re handling chats, voice calls, texts, or DMs. With the right setup, your assistant can book appointments, check availability, and manage your schedule across all channels.
Set up your calendar and ensure user availability is configured correctly in your CRM.
Double-check that the times and permissions match what you want your assistant to offer clients.
Tip: Most booking issues are caused by incorrect calendar availability—always check this first!
Go to your AI assistant editor.
On the right, open the toolkit and look for the calendar icon at the top.
Alternatively, scroll further down to the “calendars” menu—both access the same connection pop-up.
Click to open the calendar selection pop-up.
Select the calendar you want to connect.
Click Select Calendar to finish connecting it to your assistant.
Note: Even after connecting a calendar, your assistant won’t become a booking assistant until you complete this setup and integrate any additional booking tools required for your workflow.
If you encounter booking issues, revisit your calendar’s setup in the CRM (availability and user access).
