To ensure uninterrupted communication, Agent Suite uses an auto-recharge system:
By default, the system will automatically add $10–$25 or more to your wallet when the balance falls below a set threshold.
You can adjust the recharge amount and threshold under:
Settings > Billing > Wallet Settings
So if you see a $10 or $25 recharge, that means we are replenishing your wallet.
