Wallet Transactions and Charges

There are three places where you can view your billing information:

1. Billing (via left navigation toolbar):
   
   Navigate to Settings > Billing > Wallet and Transactions to view all charges applied to your account. This includes GHL premium trigger fees, and usage-based charges for email and call recordings.

2. AI Center - Billing (via left navigation toolbar):
   
   If this is your first time logging in, click “Click here to register” and follow the prompts to set up your password.
   

   If you receive a message saying that your account has already been found, click “Forgot Password” to create a new password.
   
   Once you’re logged in, go to the Hybrid Wallet section and click “See Transactions” to view your detailed billing history.
   

   The Hybrid Wallet billing section includes charges for SMS, phone calls, carrier fees, phone numbers, A2P registration, and other related services.
