Please note that we can only pause an account for up to one month. After that period, if the account remains inactive, it will be automatically cancelled.
Below are the common reasons why an account may be paused, along with instructions on how to resolve each issue:
1. Non-Payment / Failed Billing
Reason:
This is the most common reason. If your subaccount fails to pay the monthly subscription or your wallet balance runs out, the system may automatically pause your account.
How to resolve:
Ensure your payment method is valid and up-to-date.
To update your billing information:
Go to Settings > Billing > Payments
Enter your current card details
2. Manual Pause by Agency Admin
Reason:
An account may be paused manually by an admin due to inactivity, a client’s request, or pending system updates.
