There are specific services and charges that must be manually disconnected on our end to ensure your subscription is fully terminated and to prevent any future billing.
Please note that once your account is cancelled, any purchased phone number associated with it will also be released. If you decide to return in the future, a new number will need to be purchased, as we cannot guarantee the same number will be available.
